No that jersey is not new. On the tv it says “2020 Brand Indentity Design Review”

Nike and rams working together to rebrand with new jersey’s, etc in 2020.

Thanks. I didn't read the tiny tiny print on the TV. That seems like the kind of thing you would want to be... You know, more prominent in announcing a brand identity design review.
