I'm interested to see if he brings in help for the offense. It's obvious he needs help gameplanning and adjusting on the fly. 2nd Half adjustments haven't been pretty this year, and it's something we've been good to great at the previous two seasons.
Wade will also be a huge question mark. If he stay, does he hire some help or take the proper steps to hire his replacement? Or do we already have his replacement on staff?
Wade retiring and having to replace all those assistant coaches will be a real chore if that's the way the Rams decide to go. I really like some of our D assistants like or Dline coach and DB coaches. But maybe it's time to change things up. I dunno.
