The list of records (postseaon included) for active coaches in 2026 with 95 or more games coached (assuming Tomlin, Carroll or McDermott don't get hired)

Nick Sirianni 65-30 (.684) 2 SB APP/ 1 LOMBARDI
Jim Harbaugh 71-36-1 (.662) 1 SB APP (0-1)
Andy Reid 307-174-1 (.637) 6 SB APP/ 3 LOMBARDI
Matt LaFleur 79-46-1 (.631) 0 SB
Asshole Face 194-118 (.621) 1 SB APP/ 1 LOMBARDI
Sean McVay 102-63 (618) 2 SB APP / 1 LOMBARDI
John Harbaugh 193-124 (.608) 1 SB APP / 1 LOMBARDI
Mike McCarthy 185-123-2 (.600) 1 SB APP / 1 LOMBARDI
Mike Vrabel 72-51 (.585)** 1 SB APP / ???????
Kyle Shanahan 90-72 (.555) 2 SB APP / (0-2)
Dan Campbell 55-45-1 (.549) 0 SB
Dan Quinn 65-62 (.520) 1 SB (0-1)
Zac Taylor 57-65 (.467) 1 SB (0-1)
Todd Bowles 62-77 (.446) 0 SB
Kevin Stefanski 46-58 (.442) 0 SB

Just 5 guys on that list with 100 wins. Shanahan is the only one within reach in 2026.

Wins:

Reid 307
Payton 194
John Harbaugh 193
McCarthy 185
McVay 102
Shanahan 90

The McVay coaching tree has 2 guys on that list and 2 guys who were fired (Morris, Staley) as well as McConnell, Coen and possibly another 1 or 2 this year.
The Shanahan coaching tree has 1 guy on that list (LaFleur, also a McVay guy) and 2 who were fired (McDaniel, Saleh) as well as Ryans.

Who's on the Andy Reid coaching tree?
The Tomlin tree?
Payton tree?
Pete Carroll has got to have some guys out there doesn't he?

Here's something fascinating.....

McVay 102-63 (2 SB; 1-1)
Bill Walsh 102-63-1 (3 SB; 3-0)

Of course not the status of Walsh (yet) but with a couple more Super Bowls and certainly more wins, he could surpass him. And that guy, despite coaching our arch-rival, was certainly head and shoulders above most.
