Anyone think that with a starting 3 of JJ, EG and TJ, plus LJ and Roberson, we might have some tradable depth come cut-down time? Corners are always needed, by everyone. Hoping Gaines's injury isn't bad, as it sounds... but what say y'all?

I wouldn't want to trade a good CB unless I was forced. CBs get injured easily too. They're usually not that big and can't take a licken and keep on ticken.

After today's (hopefully just a) scare with EJ, I think it is far too early to even hope the Rams can trade from a strength, as opposed to need to pick somebody else up.

I'm with Alan....not trading any of the dudes that can play in the secondary......especially on rookie deals...I still have hope for McGee...

I'd stand pat. Unless someone calls offering legitimate first 3 or 4 rounds real estate, I'm not moving one of them for anything. We're far from the Legion of Boom, but it'd be damn nice to grow what we have into a strong 4 deep group.

It's important to have depth at the secondary in today's league. Having that dimeback or 5th CB in 4-5 WR sets helps shut down a pass-happy offense, especially in hurry-up situations. In the event that our starting three gets injured, getting reps for McGee and Roberson will come in handy.

Nah, don't trade any of them. You can never have enough good cover guys.

That guy needs to get on the field or he's in trouble.

I'm okay with keeping all 6. There were times last season when we had so many corners injured, we had to use safeties. Some games we could only dress 3.

I think our depth is great, and we need to keep that depth. When it comes to corners, you can never have too many.

All of them are coming on too. Even McGee apparently, they really like him. Roberson had a standout day today. Joyner made some big plays. It's awesome the depth we have.

IMO the Rams still need an elite CB, so i'm not in favor of looking to jettison anyone...unless it's for an elite corner of course.

I mean if it one is going to get cut and you can get a pick for them by all means. I'm not deleting talent off this roster that can make the team. We need all the quality players we can get. We have to compete for a playoff spot. The future has to star now.
