it's where my daughter goes to college

This reminds me of my brother in law. He moved to Idaho after we'd been living in Germany for 2 years. We told him to be careful in the snow (because he drives like a maniac). He said he knew how to drive in the snow: you put a few bags of same in the back of your truck to give it weight on the back tires and drive normally.

It took him a couple months longer than expected but he totalled the truck in the second accident he had in it. He still doesn't understand how to drive in the snow.

I’m curious. Any major injuries in that mess? Hopefully not.

I felt like a voyeur....

 Until I popped some popcorn! Then it was just like a regular horror movie. Not so bad.

its been close to 30 years for me, accident and ticket free

It looked like the cause of the accident was someone just slowing down and another crashing into them.

Lack of vision on a freeway due to fog is a nightmare. Again, hopefully no major injuries.

The Sacramento valley area on 99 and 5 get pretty foggy sometimes and cause big pileups.

Yikes, that was difficult to watch.

Wow.
Yeah... I found myself laughing, cringing and sad for those poor folks that got rear-ended because some idiots don't know how to drive in bad weather.

I also hope no one was hurt

one person was killed , an older gentleman who was driving a bus , they think he had a heart attack

and about a dozen were very badly injured

That trucker at the 3:35 mark is a straight boss. Drifted right through that mess.
