Lol no but I'm curious , I always thought he had nfl talent and had flashes of productivity. He was blamed alot for running the wrong routes but I honestly wouldn't mind him coming back and playing in a real offenseTell the truth @Adi , you made this post just for me to comment? Didn't ya???
Quick will get a chance....Not for the amount he & his agent expected....but he'll get a chance to compete. So will TJ McDonald.
Gotta agree, except I'd like to see Yarber work with a Golladay or Robert Davis.....Personally - I think we have seen what we can with Quick. I thought he was drafted too high. I'd rather we pick up a new draftee and see what we can with fresh blood. I don't think he's a proven enough of a VET to be able to HELP Goff, so why not get a big young rookie to grow with Goff and our new aerial offensive attack. I'd rather we see Yarber put his efforts in with the Young Guns that we have on our roster and draft someone like JuJu or DeDe...
The Rams were looking for a big receiver and Quick fit the bill at 6'3" and 220 lbs. Unfortunately size and talent was not enough in his case, there was something missing from the equation. He'll turn 28 in June, so some team will kick the tires on him and give him a chance.
He does leave one footnote in Rams history though. On September 25, 2016, Brian Quick became the first Los Angeles Ram to score a touchdown since Jermaine Ross on December 24, 1994, before the Rams' 20-year stay in St. Louis.
Dear sweet baby Jesus,
Why are people still making Brian Quick post?
