So is there a reason why he can't do the Jeopardy gig while playing? I honestly don't know what kind of time commitment that entails. I think they tape the shows.

Regardless, he's not going to the Whiners and if he goes to Denver or the Raiduhs, meh.

If ya don’t know, they film a bunch of shows on the same day, sometimes two weeks worth of shows over a few days.

they have to bring multiple days worth of clothes in case they win.

So he could film all the shows on like Tuesday and he could make it work as long as the flights were short. Lots of flights can put a person in danger of DVT... that’s what nearly killed Nick Cannon who was flying almost every day at one point between his various hosting and radio and touring gigs.

Dreadfully vain tendencies? He's already got that so it shouldn't be a worry.

All this talk of Rodgers trade at age 37... still highly coveted...

Lots of wrinkled noses when the Rams traded for the 33yr old Stafford... That 5 seasons projection doesn't appear a stretch anymore.

Packers apparently offered a large contract to Rodgers, recently, but there is speculation it was short in duration;

I tried to watch him as Jeopardy host and imho he’s nigh on unwatchable...

I committed the cardinal rule and did not watch him, but read good things. The irony here is when others judge players, I always inquire: "Have you ever watched them play?" Practice what you preach Den.

So get this...

SCREW THE 9ers!!!

Pack says no to any trade with the 9ersWhether a call was made or an offer made is in dispute. What isn’t in dispute is that AFTER this whole thing, the 9ers sent a record haul for a guy drafted THIRD in the draft... 3 1sts plus...

Now the Pack is saying that the price for Rodgers is... two 1sts and a second...

LMFFAO!!!!!

Kyle Shanahan has to be chewing glass right now and I’m so here for it!!!

I hope he goes to Denver and we beat them in the Super Bowl!!!

Anyway, thought I’d share. Happy Friday!

- A young offensive minded new head coach coming from the top offensive system.
Who's that? The Head coach who saw the Rams offense improve after he left? The guy who goes to Tennessee and their offense gets worse, and then remarkably gets better when the next OC decides to use Derrick Henry? The guy who stalled the Green Bay offense in his first year? That guy?

I watched about 5 minutes of it, thought he was awful as well. First I thought that there is nobody who can just replace Alex Trebek, then when I read that he was getting positive reviews my head spun

Agreed, towards the end he wasn't horrible but just reminded me of a person acting like somebody else trying to do a job. Alex was effortless and looked like he lived on that stage. Was just natural and AR was not.

Personally, I'm behind the Levar Burton train to be new host. He's the most natural, kind individual similar to Alex out of all the other guest hosts. I hope he gets it.

The highest rated guest host on Jeopardy so far has been Ken Jennings. He's the dude who has the longest winning streak in the history of that show (74 wins).

And get this... Ken is really the only contestant in Jeopardy history that Alex showed a true affinity for. Alex really thought a lot of Ken. I feel like Alex would pick Ken for the job if he were still with us. Ken knows that game better than anyone else on the planet.

You also need to have a tad bit of a intellectual attitude as the host. Alex had it... and there's no question that Ken has it too. He comes by it honestly. No one will ever question Ken's tude or knowledge while he was hosting. Aaron got called out on his first show by a contestant.

It's a known fact that Douche-Rod loves Jeopardy and would silence teammates while he watched it in his locker. Ken is the Jeopardy Champion GOAT though.

And again... Ken's ratings have been the highest of all the guest hosts. It's his job... not Douche-Rod's. This particular mystery has been solved my Brethren.

Heard TJ Lang on Sirrius this morning.

First (on Rodgers not getting help) he said, "back in 2014 we had all our RBs injured and the guys in the locker room were looking at free agents who were available. But the Packers made a WR play RB. That is how they haven't helped AR."

When asked "isn't helping AR, making the team better? They had a lousy defense and went out and signed free agents, drafted players to make the defense better. They've been the #9 defense the last 2 years"

Lang.."Oh yeah, they've made the team better."

WTF am I missing? They had the #1 offense in the NFL this year!! They improved the defense. Is the difference between the Packers winning a Championship or not, a first round WR? Or is it Rodgers 88.9 QB rating in his last 4 Conference Championship Games? He's turned the ball over 7 times in those 4 games.

What you are missing is Rodgers never said anything about not getting help. That has all been the media and fans.

The packers said they wanted love as insurance but by week 10 of last year they should have realized they made a huge mistake in underestimating Rodgers current abilities and that love will be sitting for at least 2 more years.

By week 13, they should have extended him 2 years and added a quality FA WR. Problem solved.

Instead, they compounded their first mistake by not extending him and have really soured the relationship regardless of whether he starts or not. The only way they make this even worse is if they think they'll sniff an NFC championship game the next 2 years without him

Well as many of his ex-team mates have said, "he hasn't denied it either". I forget which ex team mate said it, "Aaron could end this with a statement, so that tells me this is a real issue". Rodgers doesn't have to say it's an issue, he just has to leak it, off the record, to one of his fans in the media and they do the rest. If it wasn't real LaFleur wouldn't be out there commenting on it, particularly in the manner he has.....stroking AR's cruise ship sized ego. It's real whether somebody can truly quote AR or not.

Not saying Arron doesn't want out of Green Bay just not saying its necessarily because he feels GB has not given him weapons. Look at this off season. Patriots let Brady walk. Lions accomadate Stafford and trade him. Rodgers gets engaged to LA actress. Rodgers hosts Jeopardy.

Maybe Rodgers is just tired of Wisconsin. He sees other veteran QBS get to move on and he is trying the same.

Another things his teammates say of Rodgers. Is that he gets along real well with Love and helps him all the time. Yet you barely hear a peep about it. Something Favre never did.
