I hate wishing someone out of a job, so I hope he really does get a new role, just not on a primetime football telecast.

We'll no longer get gems like Booger telling us "The DB jumped that route, but Goff's got to throw it anyways."

Wow you guys really hate Booger!! Well start thrashin me because I liked him! I'm gonna miss his sometimes not necessary or off the wall and at times funny commentary, while sitting in his rotating chair!! I actually like him more than anyone else at ESPN. I'm sorry to see him go, but happy for you guys I guess.

Listening to Booger is like taking some dude sitting next to you at the bar and putting him in the booth. He sucked. And I'm sort of amazed that someone realized it, what with some of the other terrible options in TV.

Another guy I detest is Collingsworth. He's a nice dude and all but he just oversells anyone who makes a play. It's fucking exhausting and I have to turn the sound off when he's on.

And this ridiculous desire to put women all over in positions of power in football to me is stupid. Call me whatever you need to there, it's all good, but it needs to be said IMO. Like the fucking whiners with their female assistant coach. Really??? Like she knows the first fucking thing about football not to mention there are thousands of black dudes who actually played the game who would want and could use that job.

I totally agree. I'm a Yankee can and listening to games on the radio was my preferred media. Then they hired Susan Waldman and she's aweful. I can't stand to listen to her nonsensical babble and her genius quips, like "That's Baseball. ". I get sick of hearing that 20 times a game. Unfortunately, now that she's in that spot she they won't ever be able to get her out without looking like sexists.

Count me as another one that hates Boogers.

He's terrible and his bizarre observational skills won't missed. I often wonder why it's so difficult to find players to fill that role. There is a dearth of good sports broadcasters these days, but you see players that can talk on camera all of the time in interviews. It would seem that there would be a huge pool of talent for sideline reporters.

I don't recall Tessatore specifically. Was he lacking too?

There is one guy that was on Sundays that I can't stand. I can't recall his name off hand but he get excited about a two yard run. He oversold every single play. He did a few Rams games last year.
