I'm happy with how the Rams are using them right now. It gets both of them involved, and then you can favor the hot hand with more carries.

Would be nice to see Hunter get worked in a bit though.

Corum does look good. I hope in certain situations they work in other backs, especially if the game is in hand, just to see what they can do. I like that they brought back Rivers.

I like them both; they are both tough runners. KW gets yards that few other backs can by being very hard to take down on first contact and finishing runs.
Corum is tough too but has his own skillset, great balance and can bounce outside. They are similar in some ways but unique. To me we play it right KW 1a BC 1b

I want to see Hunter get some snaps after he learns pass protections. He provides more of a speed and pass catching element then Williams or Corum. However, whatever is working don't try to fix it.

Personally, I like the change of pace roles these two have going...
tbh, it's what I was hoping for this offseason. Many complained about KW's bag he got, but it was perfect to me, for the role he plays in this offense - an unstoppable grinder who'll get you those 5.5 yards every time he carries it. We are #1 (!) in lowest yards-to-go in 3rd down sitches. Literally 5.5 yards is our average & it's the lowest in the NFL. When we play with a lead, KW just grinds the other team down.
Throw in BC, and you get some of that explosiveness we've been wanting to see. He can convert a 3rd down but shines when he bounces outside & just outruns the LBs. It won't be long until he's got a really long run under his belt.
Gosh, having Hunter as a guy who you could give the ball to with a 4th Q lead... after the D is completely gassed.... lookout

I’m guessing a lot of people will look at a game like today and suggest KW should not be ceding this many snaps to Corum but I think this was more of an anomaly. Corum plays were blown up by good defense and some mixed blocks. I’d keep up the split myself - although KW may get more of a nod on goal line work.

Yeah there weren’t really any plays I saw where he missed a hole or didn’t read a block. Seattle’s front is a handful. They were in the backfield constantly.

I didn’t like Corum’s body language today. He didn’t seem to have the fire today. Anybody can have a bad week though.

The whole offense seemed to be in a funk for most of today.
Missed passes by Staff, dropped balls (looking at you, DA), and giving up too many TFL's.
Maybe give a little cred to the chicken's D, you say ????
Nah ........ maybe JUST once, i GUESS.

That's how he always looks.... If the hole isn't 30 yards wide for him to skip through, he's barely making it back to the line of scrimmage.

This is starting to look like the Sony Michele / Cam Akers situation where Sony played great all season, then McVay decided to go with fuck-face Akers at the end of the season.

McVay better be careful with Williams, because he should clearly be seeing at least 75% of the snaps.

When you face a great run D like the 'Hawks, you gotta use your best weapon -- they have shut down many great RB's this season. BC faced a tough line.
But that's when you tap the guy with elite vision on the shoulder & say "you got this one". You saw the difference on that 4th & 1. KW just sees the holes & knows how to get into the EZ, no matter who's on the other side of the line.
