Yeah, I'm talking cheap, but good. In my town, the cheapest lager is Genessee. I like it as much as Bud Light, Keystone Light, Miller Lite..etc... Give your game day lager and don't go dark beer on me (love me some Guinness). I am experimenting right now with whiskey and water ( I love this too!)

For a light lager I prefer PBR. For other lagers it's Sierra Nevada and Sudwerk.

Talking about Gennessee beers, JW Dundee honey brown is a great lager, but too dark for your current preference.

I just stick to the oil cans on game day (if/when I drink)

Have traditionally been a Miller Lite guy since my youth as far as basic, cheap light beers go. Never could stand Bud Light which is blasphemy around here but oh well. Lately I've stuck to mostly Blue Moon which I find is one of the best beers to compliment food for me. Seasonal beers I also enjoy are Sam Adams Cold Snap and I always know football is beginning when one of my favorites Sam Adams Octoberfest shows up in stores.
