Was this a botched pick? He hasn't even been active I don't think. He has been hurt the whole damn time it seems. I know that they knew he was coming off injury....but someone with more knowledge of the situation, please fill me in on this.

That's how I see it. He is Wells replacement in a year or so.

Yeah its good to have him learn from a solid center in Wells and work on his strength in the weight room.

I agree, Jones is a future investment. I'd look for him to get some playing time later in the season, maybe the second half of schedule.

It takes some OL to develop longer than others. That, and Jones was still recovering from an injury in camp. I think he'll be just fine in the long run.

Jones is going to be a beast, I'm thinking, They were thinking hes a steal to grab in the later rounds. the kid has played a bunch of Oline positions and won a bunch of awards in them I belive. correct me if im wrong guys :mrgreen:
