Not gonna bag on him and go on about how awkward the dude looks. Still. He's just not good enough, and we have some guys coming back. So IMO we are going to see the horror show that has been his brief career finally come to an end.

And good luck to whatever team decides the Rams are stupid on offense, and signs him in the hopes to catch lightning in a bottle. That's gonna work about as good as the Cook signing by GB.

Sayonara soon my 6'4" ridiculously talented friend. Sayonara.

Quick did look a bit like the game is still too big for him on Sunday. I will be sad to some degree, but I think you may be right. (Isideswipedchampscaratmcdonaldstheotherday)

Oh. And don't tell @LACHAMP46

while I hope quick would be the one cut, I wouldnt be surprised if its thomas and they try to stash him. Granted, with britt, tavon, cooper, spruce, kendricks, and higbee they likely value thomas' special teams, but going this route would allow them to keep both. Again, I hope its quick, but wouldnt be surprised if he sticks a bit longer

I saw one play, and not to say there were others, but on one play Sunday they went with three WR to the left. Quick went running out there with the other two (can't recall who they were) but he had to turn to his other WR's and ask them what to do. I kid you not! He didn't know where to line up it seemed or at the least what route he was supposed to run.

It's time.

This regime has been pretty good at getting rid of non productive players, with the one exception being Quick. I agree, that once Spruce and Cooper start ballin', Quick will be finally gone.

That's a good way of putting it. He just has never looked like he belongs out there. Always tentative and not reactionary. Drives me crazy because he obviously has the physical talent and would love it if it just clicked one day. But I wanted him gone years ago. Will be glad when we're over yet another wasted 2nd round pick.

:redcard::rolllaugh: Do you have a mic in Quicks helmet? maybe he was telling the other recievers where to line up? these kind of posts make me laugh you have no idea what he said or was telling them. That said im not sure who they will cut. doesn't really matter it wont change anything on our offense anyway

There is certain things being around football your whole life and this one was blatantly obvious. Quick doesn't have his shit together. Time to kick his ass to the curb.

How about this. Hand gestures. The other WR's were pointing to where he should line up. Quick turned to them and pointed to a spot and they corrected him, he moved to the spot they indicated.

So to answer your question, no I don't have a direct link to Quick that allows me to hear what he is saying or thinking. It is what I saw.

Well, when Quick does get cut, we should post the news in @LACHAMP46 booty thread. That way while he's there he could also update it. Ya know kill two birds with one stone. Lol :yess:

ahahhahahahahahahahahah! Wait, QB can't throw 30 yards, so cut the wr????

While I haven't seen anything that could get Quick cut....I haven't any reason to want him to stay other than I believe he's in our top 2 wrs....by a long shot....

More curious to me, how can SPRUCE & Cooper still be injured while only playing parts of a game or 2? I think Cooper only has caught 2 passes....SPRUCE has caught 5.....and these guys are still injured??? Still...injured....

From my vast experience....I doubt ANY ROOKIE does anything on the Rams in 2016...maybe Forrest...maybe Goff...but at this point, it's a longshot....

If memory serves me correctly, Keenum had no problem going Deep to Cooper and especially Spruuuce in the Pre-Season, So who's to say he can't do it in the regular Season!?!(y);):D

Edit: Or was that Mannion!?

Quick doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt.

Goff to Cooper....Mannion....think he's working his dink and dunk game...Keenum's only deep ball this preseason was too Britt...that PI....which was woefully underthrown...think his wife has a better arm...

I just checked out the Stats, @LACHAMP46, Spruce, in wk. 1 of PS had 6 Rec's for 51 Yards/ 1 TD/ and a Long of 16 Yards. an average of 8.5 Yds.Per. All the TD's where thrown by Mannion! he went 18 of 25 for 147 Yards and 3 TD's! ( to Spruce-Green and Reynolds! All Cooper did in the game was Drop a Goff Pass.

Goff loves him some Cooper. He hit Coop on that deep post if you remember, and also floated that ball that got Coop hurt when he was well-covered, placing it where only he could get it.

Goff also loves Higbee. And one thing Case has struggled with is being late on his TE throws, seems to me that the TE is deeper in his reads on average and he's not getting to them quickly enough when he makes the call to throw. Last game he did better, but I think when Goff gets in there and settles in those TEs are going to love it.

Lastly Britt has been open more than he's had targets. Particularly in game one, but that's the dude who Goff will know he can put it up to if he gets the single coverage with no help over the top look. And he will.

So just IMO those rooks probably won't make huge impacts for us, but they might help more than you're alluding to brother. Or so I hope!
