If Falcons do go Turner at #8, I'd wanna at least call Chi-town & see what they want for us to move up to #9 & get Verse.
If the birds get bird brained and DON'T go Turner at #8, I'd definitely ask Chi-town so we can get Turner. That kid is a beast.
....but either way, it really looks like we'd go CB & get Arnold or DeJean.

This is realistic and IMO a worst case scenario. I'd hope for a trade down and then target one of the CBs or Chop Robinson

AD’s retirement could certainly push Murphy to the top spot on my list, though a CB early and DL on day 2 still makes a lot of sense.

I'd be shocked if the New Orleans Saints who don't have a LT (Penning has been a bust) selects Bowers.

I think that's a great scenario.
Gotta avoid the knee-jerk reaction to find someone to replace AD99. But, how many times was AD99 lined up at Edge, to create some kinda pressure there??
Gotta get an Edge, or a CB to get coverage sacks. Kobie can "conduct" the line.

I would think NT T'vondre Sweat would be drafted before half of the players on that list.

True, but are the Rams in the market for a guy with that profile?

(I don’t know.)

Why not? the most dominant NT in the Draft for a team that will continue to utilize a 3-4.

And you're presuming the Rams would draft a player like Marshawn Lloyd who can't pass block, and OT Fisher who is not ready to start in the NFL, and Abrahams-Drain who's height is the same as 2-3 other players in the existing secondary ; on the shorter side.

I’m not assuming anything. I’m listing the players I think are the best fit.

Sweat is a dominant run defender. I’m not sure he’s a great fit.

He's the highest rated Interior DL per PFF. He has a Pass rush grade of 85, which is slightly higher than Jer'zon Newton (illinois). Aaron Donald always brought Interior pressure. Sweat can continue that with his ability to collapse the pocket.
A dominant NT for a 3-4 is not a good fit?

If you like him as a prospect, that’s great. I’m not rejecting him.

He played in 62 games in college and he totaled 5 sacks so, whatever PFF is saying, it’s not based on production.

He’s an elite prospect as a run defender. I don’t think he’s a complete player.

All that said, I’d be happy with him in Round 2, were he to last.
