Great renderings, some of the best I've seen in a while for a stadium. Will be a beautiful venue. I used to live in JAX, my Dad still does, so I'm in the area at times & a game here would be sweet.
Plusses:
- It's got ONE team in it... Jags can brand the crap out of it.
- cabanas?? sweet. Lots & lots of premium seating & club options.
- repurposes an existing structure.
- pretty sure the Jags are NOT going to London now.

Cons:
- Just like SoFi -- bird poop-apocalypse. Now with seagulls & pelicans.
- And bugs the size & variety you've never seen before. Now with a giant shining beacon to attract them.
- The harbor is TOO SMALL. The Jax Landing has a good harbor, so many folks just take a boat to the landing & go shopping, restaurants, etc. Lots of fans would love to do the same here. "boat-gaiting" on a dock with your big ol boat or yacht?? yesss. Big missed opportunity for revenue (boat valet?) here. Maybe they can't make this happen, don't own the shoreline, etc.

This is a renovation to the existing stadium. I missed that detail (renovation) despite it being mentioned in this thread - or I’ve simply forgot it.

This video… it sure looks like SoFi….For 4 billion less?

I'ma guess it will cost more than projected. Sofi started at around 2.8 if I recall.

Granted, completely different projects and scopes.

The other thing to think about is that as stunning and amazing as Sofi is, it's not as glorious as the mock ups portray.
