I had seen that Spruce and Gaines were officially ruled out but I hadn't seen anything about Cooper lately. Sorry if this is part of another thread some where but I think he's the guy I'm most looking forward to watching on offense if he plays.

He's ruled out. There was a post I believe in the Rams Vs Whiners thread about it

I saw where Nelson Spruce is practicing again, should be ready to play against the SeaHags.
