Wasn't he suspended last season for drink driving, Goodell set a precedent with Justin Blackmon, so he should be suspended for a year. Expect that to be completely ignored due to Smith playing for the 49ers rather than Jaguars.

Didn't it used to be, as in a year or two ago, that the first DUI was a freebie but the second is a suspension? I think Aldon Smith has 2 DUI's.
