Just downloaded the Rams schedule into Microsoft Outlook and then synch'd that with my phone. For those interested, I was able to get the schedule at:
<a class="postlink" href="http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/stl/schedule" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/teams/stl/schedule</a>
See menu bar on top right side of that page, where it says "Add to Calendar". I downloaded the .ics file, but there are other options for those using different systems.
Anyway, now I have an alarm set a couple hours before each game, and the games are displayed in my own time zone, so I never get confused about starting times.
Anyway, hope a few find this useful.
