I hope someone reminds AD of his last game against Harbaugh.

December 10, 2023
63 defensive snaps played (87.5%).
0 sacks
0 combined tackles
0 total tackles
0 assists on tackles
0 tackles for loss
0 QB hits

Hopefully it was more about LJ, et al, than any secret scheme sauce.

Donald was actually a massive disruptor in that game. He racked up 8 total quarterback pressures, which was tied for the most of any player in the entire NFL in Week 14.

Interesting pressures are not noted there. :thinking:Still not good stats but did he disrupt plays?

Absolutely he did. The Ravens were heavy favorites. The problem was stopping Lamar from racking up yards with his feet once AD pressured. The Rams almost pulled off the victory but lost in OT on a punt return where the refs no-called a hold/clipping that srpung the return.

Whatever.
You gotta be a little off kilter to play in the NFL.
Dude runs hard as a mofo.
He'd be pretty good to have on your team inside of the 2.

I don’t think his comments are that incendiary. He gave respect to Donald while acknowledging the challenge they will have playing against one another—and stating he will not back down when they meet.

What would anybody want from our RBs in that situation?
That’s why I couched my comments the way I did. Out of context it could seem like bullet board material but as you said he gave him respect as well. I would add this though:

if I were going up against AD I wouldn’t make any media statements that might get misconstrued to fire him up.

Or, For those of you from Rio Linda-don’t piss off the big dog.
