Dude got drafted by the shittiest O in the league. Wasting a rookie year that should have even better numbers.

We're heading towards wasting his talent just like SJ39... Only worse since Todd is twice the talent.

I think we all understand the offensive line injuries make it tough... But the offense was bad before that.

We're all frustrated.

775 yards i eight games. It took three sub-100-yard games to bring him back down below the century mark average per game. He is now at 96.9 ypg.

Unfortunately he literally just had surgery to fix a broken jaw in two places over the weekend. He can't even do his talk show obligations at the moment.
 
The story of this team has been the same for so long.

-Big QB issues
-Obliviated OL
-Star players on defense hurt
-Awful penalties
-Always at least one huge bust on the team. (Robinson currently is carrying that torch. Before that it was Pead. Before that it was Bradford and his injuries.)
-Repeated awful penalties (Robinson)

It's like just when you think you hit bottom, there is a new low coming.
 
Feel so bad for Gurley. Every pick in this draft needs to be spent on the offensive side of the football, save for one LB taking in the middle rounds. Or in the 2nd round if a truly special guy falls that we cannot pass on (think Gurley and Donald), since we have two picks there.
 
It will be a sports tragedy of epic proportions if the next 5 years of Gurley are Steven Jackson/Rams offense 2.0

You can slice it and dice it any way you want, but it all comes back to Fisher IMO.

He picked these coaches
He drafted the players
He acquired these players
He was responsible for building quality depth by year four (4)

Taken as a whole (meaning the ENTIRE roster), he has failed.

With his comments, JJ is going to walk after this year. Let's not set Gurley up to be willing and ready to walk away from this team when his rookie contract is up by wasting it, too.
