How in TF could you play with a fractured thumb AND torn ligaments, as if either wouldn't keep you out of the game. One thing I haven't seen anywhere is, is this injury to his throwing hand or non throwing hand. Zero chance he can play if it is his throwing hand. He might be out for year. Wonder if Lance has improved?

LOL. Good one! True. What we knew about Jimmy is that he'll dink and dunk, then go kinda long to Kittle, and easily move the ball on us. That is what we knew about Jimmy.
Trey Lance will NOT be as comfortable with the offense. I'll take Lance over G-String.

Going back to Elvis Gerbac (sp?), 49er replacement quarterbacks have a habit of looking like Dan Marino against us.
