Too bad the rest of the team is doing pretty bad except against the Dodgers

I can't get a handle on the Dodgers yet.

It doesn't help having a GM who is clueless too

No doubt. But the owner has to have high standards and hold his people accountable when they come up short. I suspect Arte likes yesmen. As an owner what you want is people under you who will shoot straight and also take accountability for their fuckups.

They had a good one in Stoneman, who built the Expos and also the Angels sole championship roster. Dude has not made a strong hire since. So it's the owner where their issues start IMO.
