Is it me or are the Rams feeling the fan criticism re: no OL.

Snead's quote echoes my thoughts: would have been hard for any rookie offensive linemen to be one of the top 8, so he said it likely would have been a redshirt year.

That's still important and puts us in a bind after the season - best case scenario would be signing Corbett and Noteboom - but if we don't, there's always free agency and the draft next year, where we should have three day two picks and ten picks total

I'm on team McSnead. Genuinely. But I really hate this draft right now. I like Rochell and maybe Ernest Jones and Bobby Brown. Everything else ... Ugh.

How could you not like a guy called "Tutu?" You got something against short ballerina dresses? You're not related to Donald Trump, are you?

I think one of them will likely be a TE and another one will likely be a H-back.

To locals in Hawaii, "Tutu" means "grandma"

No and 6 of our current OL roster are either going to be free agents at the end of the season or 40 years old.
Hearing we have people that have played meaningful snaps is a BS excuse. Don't understand what is wrong with investing draft capital in our OL. Besides, didn't the Rams pride themselves in prepping for FA for the next year by drafting for a position ahead of time?

Yes and if we go to the draft, those same O linemen drafted would probably redshirt too. I hope Im dead wrong, but I find it just dumb no draft capital was invested in whatsoever. I mean at least one viable one is needed. Praying they hit on a UDFA.

Five offensive linemen next year on the roster currently are free agents next year and Whitworth will be 41 in season for 2022.
I can only think of Noteboom and Corbett that matter since that 5 includes Allen, Demby, & and I assume Shelton.

So you are overstating things a bit to push the narrative.

Plus Corbett & Noteboom won't break the bank and are likely candidates to be resigned. Plus I don't believe they will have a lot of other position groups hit hard by FA like they did this yr. Day, Williams & Robinson are the only other notable FAs.

So 5 guys you may like to resign and Day & Robinson you have added some young guys that could replace them along with some young UDFAs you brought in last yr to compete as well.

Good points but the overall roster strength does factor in. If five guys depart that OL group they have to be filled.

They sort of maneuvered themselves to have a ton more decisions on the OL next year. I mean Snead's sort of making his bed here by not taking one or two just to ensure smooth transition.
