This offseason basically wreaked havoc with offseason programs, and I suspect the end result will be a lot of players getting into playing shape during the first quarter to half of the season. And this should benefit AD, who trains like a fucking beast no matter who's watching. End result should be this season having a good chance to be his best one yet and maybe the best of his young and HoF career.
Also in large part due to AD's influence on those other DL there is probably a good chance that Brock follows suit. Brock already has a sack and played quite well in week one. In fact if I were our DC this weekend I would run AD & Brock both at 3T exclusively on passing downs and use A gap pressure/blitzes by Kiser and Rapp (who I think will be out there a lot) to force some isolation.
Re: the NTs... I'd use Gaines moreso on passing downs, as he's decent at penetration compared to SJD who is more of a clogger. So SJD on run downs. If the Rams play well tomorrow in Philly they might all have some padded stats and nice sack and pressure totals for this early season.
