There’s some angst in cowboy country cuz Daks nowhere in sight, Skip was beside himself that Goff was ranked higher, but the 7-9 range seems pretty reasonable. How come nobody has an issue with Brees at 2 ? That seemed like a sentimental pick to me, if Brady’s falling off how is Brees not, Mahomes won the mvp and he’s not the top qb in the league? He’s a great guy and all but I don’t get that one.

Watching AD’s video for this show has one clip from the Super Bowl, which blows my mind. The LG for the Patriots washes Aaron away from the runner. Sony Michel runs up the gut with AD apparently out of the play, inside the LOS by two yards, he turned and ran down Michel from a dead stop after gaining only a couple of yards.

Honestly that Donald video probably helped his MVP odds by a lot. There were a ton of players saying he's the best player straight up. Love Keenan Allen "Aaron Donald is number 1, first of all. Facts."
First of all there will always be unresolved debates when comparing players from different positions. With that said Bayless is a hack analyst. He is a sports personality that knows being controversial is better than being right. What he failed to admit that proves he is a hack is by standing by his proclamation that Brady had a better year than Donald and Mahomes. It’s a team sport with many facets and nuances. The Patriots beating the Chiefs twice and Donald having 0 sacks in the playoffs are convenient stats that don’t in and of themselves measure how good Mahomes and Donald are. What were Mahomes and Donald complete stats show for those games? I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he knows but purposely left that out of the conversation. If he didn’t know then he is a bigger hack than I ever thought.
