ATLANTA -- Aaron Donald was the best defensive player in football during the entire 2018 season, and he was rewarded for it on Saturday night at the league's annual NFL Honors ceremony, when he was named as the 2018 NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

It doesn't matter. Remember last season (2017) when Russell Wilson sang AD's praises before the changing-of-the-guard game in Seattle. All Aaron did was to go into Kraken! mode sack poor Russell three times. Moral: if you praise Donald, he is going to feel obligated to live up to that praise. Poor Tom Brady!!!!!
