I didn't know we gave up 3rd fewest passing tds
I think other teams just felt more comfortable with success running the ball on us to keep wearing our "D" down and keeping our offense off the field. We don't have a great goalline deffense IMPO . I still want that thumper instead of all the run blitzes that are gambles that can miss as many as they hit. Our LB's still as most don't do well shedding thru garbage.
Having to say too much when the answer is really simple for most of you guys. We know our back 4 is coming along but is just average except in the hitting department with our safties. I love how they send messaages. This is our weakest area on our "D" that with the young talent coming up can possibly improve if we figure out our Weak safety position amoungst so many SS's.
We had strings of either real bad or real good "d". It was maddening. Yes our awesome
D can and will get better. (Injuries averted, as usual) Lets stop letting teams run on us . Better tackling, less penalties and most so untimely like 3rd and long. Just hair pulling stuff. Lets force teams this year to be playing from behind and they will be throwing tons of long balls for late TD's to get back into games. With two highly skilled CB's up as FA's next season, lets see who steps forward and locks down their spots in this "D" and proves they MUST be resigned. The more the better. Should be fun to watch and (NO INJURIES) this year. We already gave at the office and are overdue. Let the practices start with full recaps and let the competitions get molten hot,(especially at OL). Time to bury decades of ugliness and be that well talked about team again. Prove em' wrong Nick Foles. Hope we strike GOLD in our new OC with a special eye to detail and with a high skill in adjustments before and during halftime. Show real maturity even with our youth in penalties for once in a very long time and we can beat anyone anywhere. In my PO it will all come back to OL in 2015. GO RAMS!!!
