1. I swear I've seen a lot of stuff in my life but, that... was.... AWESOME!

2. Sometimes, a game reminds you that sports are played by humans, not fantasy players with PFF scores. And sometimes, on special days (or nights), humans rise up against adversity and do something special.

3. So many heroes tonight, so I'm going to give several shout-outs.

4. Aaron Donald was a beast. Sack hat trick, tipped pass setting up key INT, drawing holding penalties all night. Great player making big plays in a big game.

5. The much maligned David Long, Jr. held up pretty well in tough circumstances, and Darious Williams came on late with some big PDs.

6. Cooper Kupp and OBJ... 200 yards and 2 TDs (and 19 receptions on 22 targets!).

8. Huge INTs by LBs Ernest Jones and Leonard Floyd.

9. Sony Michel and the patchwork OL grinding out key yards (and minutes) in the running game.

10. Matthew Stafford simply outstanding.

11. Van Jefferson with a big TD in front of his Dad (who will probably scold him for his penalties).

12. And, finally... Greg Gaines... who continues to play stout up front (and chased down Kyler Murray - no, that wasn't a typo - twice!

13. Pretty well officiated game... with the exception of a mind-boggling non-call on the face mask of Matthew Stafford (which likely cost us 4 points).

14. If James Conner wants to play in L.A. with Aaron Donald next season (after his one year deal in Arizona expires), he'd be most welcome.

15. The Cardinals finished with 447 yards on offense. Sometimes, yards are overrated (particularly when you can get 4th down stops).

16. This is the kind of win that can be a real building block for the stretch-run. The Rams know that, even with unexpected challenges, they can come together as a team and grind out a big win.

17. It will still be a tough challenge to win the West. But, perhaps, if the Cardinals walk away with a bit of self-doubt after tonight, we'll get a chance to catch and pass them.

18. Blessing in disguise... do you think that Jalen Ramsey, Rob Havenstein, Tyler Higbee, Darrell Henderson and the ever-feisty Donte Deayon will let this team have an emotional letdown next week at home against Seattle?

19. I'm feeling good tonight!

20. Doubters... no calling you out, no gloating. Just a simple "welcome back!"

The love for OBJ can’t be understated. 3 TDs in as many games without an off-season with us after a lot of people wrote him off as a locker room cancer. Dude has taken some time to get up to speed and healthy but he’s been giving it his all for us.

Aside from Jalen, there is PLENTY of talent to overcome the other losses. I don't understand why people were selling them short tonight.

Said it all last week if we get back to running the ball we can do whatever we want against any team. Good win fellas

Our O simply cannot be stopped if we run the ball effectively. Note "effectively" ... it doesn't have to be a huge, dominant ground game, just effective enough. On VJ's 52 yard TD, the play action made the safety hesitate for just a split second, and that was all it took for him to get open. And Stafford dropped a perfect ball into his breadbasket.

I was calling for PA after we kept running the ball on first down. Then finally late in the third and early fourth it gets unleashed.

Stafford is a great player Sean, but you still have to give him the advantages with threats of a run. You saw that possibilities tonight against a very good team!

21. Happy Birthday Whit!

Sorta like a well placed depth charge on a sneaky sub…..

Can we all take a moment to appreciate the creative playcalling that McVay used to keep moving the ball and stay ahead of the chains, especially in the 4th? The run wasn't being very effective but McVay stayed with it enough for playaction to work and utelized short passing on downs where you would really want to run the ball again after having been stopped for 1 or two yards on a previous down run play.

Was really good stuff.

I was because without Ramsey,Deayon and Rochelle we were playing without 3 of our top 5 cover guys going against Hopkins,Moore,Green,Kirk and Ertz. I also thought this was going to be one of the biggest regular season games Arizona has played in a while for their franchise so I thought they would come out breathing fire.

I met a Browns fan last week. As soon as I mentioned the OBJ signing he blurts out “Cancer!”

I said “You’re just mad that it didn’t pan out with him in Cleveland.”

I think you are a little too giddy. Missing Jalen, Rochelle, Havenstein and Higbee was a setback. Maybe some players needed this, like a slap in the face.

It was more than reasonable to have doubt with the Rams limping into this game with injuries to key players and CoVid list players going into Arizona.

I hope they can bottle up whatever they used to motivate the secondary because it felt like they were going to get abused, instead that unit played a respectable game.

No shout outs to Von Miller? I thought he had a very good game. Floyd also. What they did was what was missing from the first meeting this year. TheRams failed to contain Murray in that one.

How many holding calls didDonald draw? I think it was 3 but I’m not certain. I’d count the one false start near the end too.

I won't lie. I thought after all the covid and injury losses our chances for a win were slim to none. I fully expected a loss. Even threw in the silver lining that we'll still be 5th seed. That was the most impressive win of the season.

When you got one of the best QBs, WRs, and front 7s in the league, it's hard not to get giddy.

RR hasn't played much on D, and as much as a good player he is, Tyler Higbee just isn't a focal point or priority player. Back up RT is NBD.

Point is, this team does have enough talent to compensate.

Higbee’s run blocking was missed. Joe Noteboom isn’t the same devastating run blocker that Havenstein is.

That’s two big dropoff’s plus losing Higbee and a Havenstein so close to game day didn’t allow for any practices without them.

I didn't see a major drop-off in play tho. Just IMO.
