For those who like to watch draft prospects. Listed by school with draft projections from nfldraftscout, my thoughts at the end. Please feel free to add your thoughts and any players I missed (FYI - I intentionally didn't list any RBs)

BYU vs. Utah, 2:30 ABC

BYU
#72 OT Ryker Mathews (late rd/FA)
#10 WR Mitch Mathews (FA)
#90 DE Bronson Kaufusi (day 2) - 6'6+", 265#

Utah
#60 C Sioasi Aiono (late rd/FA)
#2 WR Kenneth Scott (FA)
#7 QB Travis Wilson (FA)
#41 ILB Jared Norris (mid rd) - 6'1+", 240#
#51 DE Jason Fanaika (day 3)
#53 OLB Jason Whittingham (late rd/FA)
#9 SS Tevin Carter (FA)

Ohio vs. Appalachian State, 4:30 ESPN

Appalachian State
#49 DE Ronald Blair (day 3)
#21 FS Doug Middleton (late rd/FA)

Arkansas State vs. Louisiana Tech, 8:00 ESPN

Arkansas State
#19 TE Darion Griswold (late rd/FA) - 6'4+", 264#

Louisiana Tech
#6 QB Jeff Driskel (late rd)
#9 DT Vernon Butler (day 2) - 6'3+", 309#
#21 CB Adarius Barnes (late rd/FA)

My thoughts:

BYU DE Bronson Kaufusi is one to watch (@jrry32 put him in one of his mocks). We probably need to pick up a DE this year. This guy seems a bit tall for a 4-3 DE, is a bit older (2 year mission) but is very productive. 46 games, 39.5 TFL, 25.5 sacks, 6FF, and get this - 13 PD and 2 int

Utah ILB Jared Norris is the #5 rated ILB. 35 games, 268 tackles, 24 TFL, 7 sacks, 4FF. High on my list for our 4th round pick.

Louisiana Tech DT Vernon Butler is primarily a run stopper but gets some inside pressure on pass plays. High on my list as our 3rd round pick to take Fairley's place next season and maybe as Brockers' replacement if we don't resign him. The top guy playing today I want the Rams to take.

Arkansas State TE Darion Griswold intrigues me as a UDFA prospect for us although he has a good chance to be drafted late. Excellent size, steady but not spectacular production. Good pass catcher, versatile, but needs some work on his blocking. Goes to my wife's alma mater so I have to watch him! ASU has sent a few to the NFL in the last few years.

Utah DE Kylie Fitts is also fairly highly regarded. He'll likely be an early entrant.

No love for this Az vs New Mexico game huh?????

@jrry32 where the hell is Scooby Wright? Did he play today? Maybe I was flipping around too much.... I wanted to see if UCLA could beat Kentucky & UNC in the same season in B-Ball....

Yea, he's playing. Just saw him make a couple of tackles. Don't know if he's playing every down.

Two guys I'd like to add to the list:

Gionni Paul- ILB Utah--Undersized but a real playmaker. I get a London-Fletcher vibe from this guy-always around the ball.
Kenneth Dixon- RB La. Tech Slippery, but strong too. A touchdown machine. Seems like he's played there forever.

Anybody here watching the ARIZONA/NEW MEXICO bowl game had to come away thinking that Cayleb Jones could be a decent #1 wr wearing the horns. Like a man against boys (well, he was playing against New Mexico).
