Don't get to watch the smaller school players very often. Two I like from William and Mary play today at 3:00 pm on NBC Sports Network. Take a look if you have time.

# 50 ILB/OLB Luke Rhodes. 6'1", 242#, estimated to run around a 4.7 40
-Team captain and leader, active in community service, weight room junkie who works hard
-Majoring in Kinesiology (tough major), father played at Navy; 4 year high school starter at LB and RB
-Started most of the games for last four years after a redshirt year
-Only FCS player on the Butkus Award watch list
-Closing in on 300 career tackles, 19 TFL, 19 passes defended, 5 FF

#36 FS DeAndre Houston-Carson. 6' 1/2", 198#, estimated to run a 4.5 40
-Team captain, four year starter, active in on campus ministry
-majoring in sociolgy, high school RB/WR/DB
-closing in on 250 career tackles, 8 TFL, 32 passes defended, 9 int, and 9 blocked kicks

Both projected to go middle to late Day 3 at this time. Both have dominated at their level of play, both appear to be hard working solid citizens, both are special teams standouts which increases their chances of making a roster.
