That becomes a philosophical argument. Is a punt a turnover? Is a 40 yard punt with no return different to a pass that is intercepted 40 yards beyond the line of scrimmage with no return. Originally when I started posting SPECIAL BETS I included turnovers on downs and blocked punts. Then we had a partially blocked punt. It can get very complicated.
This was discussed in 2016 and simplification was generally what was wanted. Simplification is what I went with. I post the rules for each Sportsbook at the top of each Sportsbook page under a red tag. If the rules are long I normally use a spoiler, (to aid those using mobiles). I'm open to changing or rewording the rules for future games but I think the rules in place for this game were pretty clear.
