Manziel’s Ohio house can be yours

Unemployed quarterback Johnny Manziel no longer has a reason to be in Ohio — especially now that the Bieber tour has moved on from Cleveland and Columbus. So Manziel is selling the house he bought in the Cleveland area last year.
The folks at AOL (yes, some of us old people still have AOL email accounts) have the details, including extensive photos of the 3.5-bedroom, four-bathroom.
He wants $489,900 for the house, more than $50,000 more than the $438,400 he paid a year ago.
It looks like a pretty nice house, complete with an office featuring a desk that likely was never used for studying a playbook. There’s still no reason to think Manziel will be studying (or not) a playbook in 2016, since there’s no reason to think anyone will sign him.
It’s also not clear that Manziel even wants to play in 2016, or ever.
