Hmmm. I've tended to be skeptical of the reporters who were so sure it would go one way or another, but coming from the horse's mouth like that? Could be a big hint.

Then again, it could just be Fisher trolling us, which is not out of the question.

Snead / Fisher said that to Goff or Wentz.
It wouldn't make sense to say it to Wentz.
Goff threw the ball MUCH more than Wentz in college.

They keep not trying to give it away, but they keep dropping hints. That look of almost panic after Snead said, "you're gonna be throwing a lot less than in college"... was really funny.

Eagle's GM Howie Roseman said exactly the same thing in his news conference after trading up to #2. Good for both and it looks to be true. Hope it works out for the Rams too.

Wyche claimed they said it. It didn't actually show Snead/ Fisher saying it.
