For what it's worth, it's a depressing game. Yea, we won and played some good football... But I mean the Browns won the battle of "injuring the opponents players." It's honestly not that good a game when you see how many players got hurt today, but jmo.

This is fubar. You don't tease people on this. Someone should be fired? My guide has Rams and Browns. I'm in the local area and saw the game. But I can relate and sympathize with you guys. Whoever did this prolly got the job there because his mom works for them.

Yeah very pissed off here, too, ruined my night plans. Listed as on tomorrow unless they just decide it's not again I guess.

Depressing because some players got dinged? I don't agree. The Rams second string handled the Browns much touted first string D. It was a great game IMHO.

it was hard to watch cause of all the injuries....first bradford, then langford...then when you hear the announcer say "There's 3 rams down on the play" there's a part of you that just wants to turn it off lol

agreed that the Rams looked good, those who were still standing at the end off the game that is. The defense did pretty good through out the whole game, but IMO the offense stole the show.

But, considering the consequences of the injuries, it was depressing to a point

Would have thought with Michael Sam and Johnny Football both playing, they would have aired the game live and had about 4 hours of pre game coverage.

Oh well 2.5 hours left.

NFLN dumps Rams-Browns re-air over virtual signage

Like many of you, I was looking forward to watching the re-air of Saturday night’s game between the Rams and the Browns on NFL Network at 1:00 p.m. ET. Like many of you, I was disappointed to tune in and see a game that was broadcast nationally by CBS, Saints at Colts.

So why did NFL Network dump the Rams-Browns contest? Per a source with knowledge of the situation, the Browns disregarded the new ban on virtual signage during preseason contests. Which prompted NFLN to in turn disregard the Browns’ broadcast.

“Virtual signage” has resulted in team’s selling large chunks of the field, such as the entire red-zone area.

Currently, NFLN is attempting to secure the rights to the Rams’ broadcast of the game. If that happens, the Rams-Browns game will re-air as scheduled on Monday night at 8:00 p.m. ET and Thursday at 3:00 p.m. ET. Absent the Rams’ broadcast, Giants-Jets and Panthers-Patriots will air in those two slots, respectively.
