Apart from the Rams I support/follow the below:

Football: West Ham United
Cricket: Essex CCC & England
Speedway: Lakeside Hammers
Baseball: Los Angeles Dodgers
Basketball: Los Angeles Lakers
Ice Hockey: Los Angeles Kings
Rugby: London Wasps
AFL: Carlton Blues

I must say I'm not fussed about some if them though.

National Football League: Rams.
National Hockey League: Blues.
Major League Baseball: Cardinals.

I would put Mizzou on the list, but Alden needs to be fired before I'll ever support them again.

St. Louis Rams
St. Louis Cardinals
St. Louis Blues
Mizzou Tigers (not as intensely as the other 3, but I hope they do well every year)

Sports are my favorite hobby and spend way too much time following them. Have to say though, after Pujols left and if the Rams leave I will devote much less time to sports. I will find a new hobby to focus on. I'll always be a sports fan but I just don't think I can justify as much loyalty to something that doesn't seem to return the gesture. Until then...

NFL: Rams (Jury is out if they move at this point, will need some time away at least if they do.)
MLB: Cardinals
NHL: Blackhawks
Football: I just started following BPL after the 2014 world cup. Still don't have a team. Kind of like it this way. Being an outsider and just enjoying a close hard fought game.

Also I really enjoy watching e-sports on twitch. CSGO is my main game I like to watch competitively. If you understand the game dynamic, it's a joy to watch the top teams compete.

Other than the Rams? Mostly these guys.

I suppose I should care about UCLA football, but I just don't. I was actually talking to a guy after class last week when another guy came up and they started talking. He introduced me to him and I asked "So what do you do?" and both of them looked at me like I had a dick growing out of my head. I guess when you ask Brett Hundley what he does you'll get those types of looks though. I guess I blew my chance of becoming his friend and getting to hang out with NFL players.

I don't really care much about the Dodgers, and I give two shits about the NBA, so the split between the Lakers and Clippers means nothing to me, but I do like to see the "home" team win.

NFL-Rams wherever they play
NBA-Phoenix Suns but they're the dumbest basketball team in the NBA.
NHL-Phoenix Coyotes. One of the better live sports to attend here.
MLB-Arizona Diamondbacks

Teams i care about:
Any team beating up on the Patriots, Niners, Yankees, LA Kings and Lakers.

Football - Rams
Baseball - Cardinals
Basketball - New Orleans Pelicans - Anthony Davis is going to be NBA MVP sooner rather than later
NCAA Basketball - Kentucky Wildcats - they only won by 49 last night :( - Mizzou presented a challenge
Hockey - Blues - but if the Ducks go back to Purple and teal I'll add them to my teams
I enjoy watching volleyball. There should be a professional league for volleyball.

I really enjoy ALL tennis and ladies beach volleyball. No matter who might be playing these sports, my TV will be locked-in.

We've got a brand new MLS team here in Orlando now. I doubt I'll go to any games. I did enjoy watching the World Cup games this last go round though.

Saltwater fishing on TV will also trap me many times too.

Sometimes I watch women's gymnastics. There is nothing not entertaining about a good old fashioned floor exercise.
