Yet another player on his team is suspended for illegal substances. This guy really seems to get a free pass on the shit that happens around him. The shit he did to USC and the dirty ass way he left them hanging to come to a team that I don't remember ever hearing a single problem of this kind from, and then within two years have a handful of guys getting 4 game suspensions. Just seems like he does things dirty to me. No place for him in this game.

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Walter Thurmond is facing a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's policy and program for non-PED substances, a league source confirmed to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Thurmond is expected to begin serving his suspension, which was earlier reported by NFL.com, some time this coming week.

Thurmond's suspension would further deplete a Seattle secondary that already is without star cornerback Brandon Browner, who is expected to miss a month because of a groin injury.

The 26-year-old Thurmond has 31 tackles this season and played well last week in Browner's absence, returning an interception 29 yards for a touchdown in Seattle's victory over theMinnesota Vikings.

The Seahawks (10-1), who are on a bye this week, own the best record in the NFC but are closing in on the most difficult portion of their schedule.

The Seahawks will host the New Orleans Saints (9-2) on Monday night, Dec. 2, before visiting the rival San Francisco 49ers in Week 14 -- a pair of games that could determine whether Seattle secures home-field advantage in the NFC playoffs.

never seems that coaches are held accountable for the transgressions of his players. It almost seems as if coaches are the NFL's "untouchables"

Cant remember the name off hand, but wasnt there a coach fired from a college team that agreed in principle to be O cord for an NFL team the next season, and it raised quite the uproar.

In order for them to be held accountable, you have to prove that they had prior knowledge of the transgressions. Pretty tough to do. It's pretty tough to punish someone without proof. Also, remember Fisher has had a few players that have done the same thing.
