Sorry to start this thread early but I've been working on my menu and I just have to share.

My wife's family is coming over for dinner; they'll be over after the game.

I am making homemade Beef Pho and my wife is making Banh mi sandwiches!

Already working away at this delicious meal!

Cajun chicken, sweet Italian sausage and cajun sausage with onions, tomatoes and mushrooms in spicy beef cream sauce baked then poured on top of some buttered white rice.

Oh and beer, lots and lots of beer.

In honor of playing the birds I'll do something with chicken. Maybe some chinese dish or a blackened chicken.

Putting some effort in it this time.

I made some pizza dough tonight. Gonna let it sit in the fridge until morning and then doctor that bitch up with pureed crushed tomatoes in a little red wine, some mootzalell (that's how you pronounce mozzarella if you wanna be cool), spicy talian sauseech, portabellas, and some meatballs that I'll cook in the morning and slice after they're cooled to lay ever so strategically on top. Red pepper and fresh parmigiana.

6 pack of Pernicious - an IPA by Wicked Weed in Asheville.

I’m not a cooking mistro like some of you guys...
Really easy for you. Get a chicken breast a bottle of Panda Express Kung Pao sauce and a thing of uncle Ben's instant rice. Dice up the chicken and cook it in a bit of oil in a pan. About the last 5 minutes or so put in some carrots, onion bell pepper whatever you want in it. Once the chicken is cooked drop in some sauce and put that instant rice in the microwave. There you go 20 minutes to "home made" kung pao chicken.

Maybe crisp cold watermelon slices to utilize what's been removed from the important melon?

It's a process to make the broth for sure. I have about 4 more hours of cook time on the broth. The kitchen in my house smells so damn good!
