I thought about doing this thread when the schedule came out. I saw RhodyRams mention it in another thread, so here it is. It's never to early for this. Try getting a good hotel room on the Landing 2 weeks prior to a game. Some folks, depending on their occupation, also need a few months in order to request time off from work. Let's get this party coordinated and started. Meaning this is also naturally a good thread for RODer's to coordinate plans if any of us should wish to get together for a game. Post which games you're going to and where you may be tailgating.

Myself, the fiancee has told me we're going to a game for my birthday. She's never been to a live game, which should be interesting considering how she reacts to games on tv. The closest home game to my birthday is Oct. 19th vs Seattle. Still not 100% positive on it though, hence why I am doing this thread. October is also decent weather for tailgating though. We'll probably tailgate in the Al's Steakhouse parking lot as I know some people there from the old board. That could change if we decide to get a hotel room for after the game...

Want to do the Thursday game with my son in laws but have not bought tickets yet. Likely to "tailgate" at the casino since cold weather sucks!

I hear you on tailgating in cold weather. In my youth I thought it was fun, but now that I'm older no way.. That's cool you can bond with son in laws over a Rams game. I know you said you haven't gotten tickets yet, but enjoy once you do.

Sadly I do not attend any games anymore and I probably never will attend a game ever again. I vowed after the last strike never to attend a game again and have not. Add all the security and stupidity at the stadiums and just the cost alone and I say no thank you. I can watch the games from the comfort of my home and see the game much better than attending. I am far, far away from being rich and so can not afford to really attend any professional sport games anymore. Plus I am 200+ miles away from the closest NFL stadium (Seattle).

San Diego game. Im 2 hours away

I thought about this when doing the thread. It's not limited to only home games. I have been busy catching up on PM's and didn't edit it in time. You beat me to it LA.

Going to the Tampa game. About 2 hours away for me and the tickets aren't that bad. Paid about $90 for my sideline seat. Also getting a sideline seat in Miami for about $75 for the preseason game, which is a day after I turn 38. Worth the 5 hour drive.

As for not Rams games, I live right near Jacksonville and a buddy of mine has season tickets to the Jaguars but can't go to any games this year, so he gave them to me. So I'll be going to a few of those as well. Thinking Colts, Steelers and Giants game at the least.

In Tampa for game two and my wife (who's a Giant fan) and I will be in the Gateway City to watch the Rams crush the Giants on the 21st of December and thus providing my trophy bride of 23 years her Christmas present. (Sure glad she does not read these.)

Sadly, I won't be attending any this year.

I'm hoping to catch the next game the Rams come to Chicago. I'm an hour and a half away from Soldier Field so it wouldn't be too bad. I've always wanted to take a road trip to STL to catch a game at the dome though. It's only a 4 1/2 to 5 hour drive so it'd be pretty fun. Hoping to catch a game in 15'!

Getting drunk enough to imagine I'm there will have to suffice this year. I'm really tempted to abandon wife and baby to catch the opener though.

I go to my uncles every year in stl and catch a game, he's a Raiders fan so we were planning to go to that game, but just my luck, the game is two wks after my girl is due. So we're thinking of going up to either see the Cowgirls or whiners get raped. I'm also going to the Tampa game since I live in orlando. I talked to some orlando fans about this game, holla at me guys!!

All of the home games. Rams at KC...maybe another road game.

...and a couple home playoffs games, of course.

I've been considering the infamous Tampa game but I'd also like to bring my old man along and pay for both without breaking the bank, considering airfare and game tix. I'm not cheap but you get what I mean. I would def prefer an early season road game. Tampa is possible if affordable, I don't even care where mt seats are just as long as I can see a multiple TD game by Bradford, offense rolls defense shuts out obv a Rams W. That would seal the experience for me.

I'm thinking about the San Diego game too, possibly the San Francisco game.
I fly up and down the west coast for work and I may be able to schedule something around the San Diego game.
If I can, my air fare will be free. All I need to do is buy tickets.
Hope I can make something work.
