What player has changed your mind this year?

R. Quinn Seems always a hurt bag and laughing on the sidelines late in the falcons game doesn't help his cause either!
I was a big Britt fan but he still drops a ton of balls, only way I want him back is in a lesser roll or cut bait.
Austin never been a fan and I hate his contract. I prefer a more physical prototype WR than a smurf TBO. Though I give him props for his STs abilities, but then I think contract and I want to smash my beer bottle.
TJ McDonald I'm on the fence w/ him. Love his punishing style, just wonder if this off season we pass on him if its a $ amount thing. Need a freakin' OL for the love of.........

Todd Gurley - whether it is the scheme, O-Line or something else, I thought he was primed for a big year. Sophomore slump or something more nefarious, I'm just not sure.

It's not so much the players, but the coaches that I changed significantly on, and chief among those is Paul Boudreau. The Rams haven't had their usual rash of OL injuries this year, and even with continuity, every single player and the OL as a whole has regressed very badly. Havenstein had an impressive rookie year and now looks like Adam Goldberg. GRob spent his own money and his own time in the offseason to go to LeCharles Bently's camp, and was showing significant improvement late last season, some how he's gotten worse. Barnes was never that great, but at times he was at least serviceable, now he's a disaster. Saffold stayed healthy for most of the season, and has been a monster at guard in previous seasons, now he's terrible.

I'll cut Boudreau a little slack in that he doesn't control the scheme that Boras implemented, and virtually nobody would argue the proposition that it's a terrible scheme. Thus, it might be more difficult to coach the OL in such a scheme. But that being said, I really have to wonder why these guys can't even run block anymore. And it just leads me to believe that Boudreau might have lost his touch.

For the better, no one.....Ogletree sort of, in terms of being able to play the middle, but, I figured he could anyway, no surprise there.....for the negative, lot of them.

Call it a contract year, but he is the only player on offense who is playing with heart.

Nobody on D really. The D has played poorly this year but I'd be willing to bet they're on the field more than 95% of the other defenses in the league.

Greg Robinson really disappointed. After all the reports about him sharpening his rough edges, I thought he was finally putting it together. Hopefully a switch to guard can save him, but I'm not holding my breath.

Tavon is what he is. In the right scheme he can explode. Problem is that Fisher has tried to fit a square peg in a round hole. If we had Payton or McDaniels designing the offense, we'd see what kind of player he is. Fingers crossed.

Clearly the oline for me.
I was confident going into this season, they would build off of last year and continue to improve. They showed some promise last season for a young group.

What disappointing season for that unit.

I actually liked what I saw from Saffold at times. He made it thru the season relatively healthy and I think he is a decent leader on an otherwise underwhelming O line. (Trying to be positive here)

I too am happy with GZ's play this season. He was put in some tough spots last season, just like our D. But he can stay, for now.

Gurley and Austin need to do more. Tavon with that contract? Smh. See Tyreek Hill for what Tavon SHOULD be doing for that coin. Gurley should definitely be putting up better #s , despite the line and scheme failures.

I already knew Robinson was a bust. Britt was heartless. And quick was brainless. They can all go see the wizard. But it finally hit me this year Kendricks is NOT an NFL tight end. He is not very good at blocking and he is not very good at receiving --he wouldn't be the third te on 30 other NFL teams

Maurice Alexander. Thought he was the weakest link coming into this season, now he's a core player in our secondary and could arguably be our best player back there.

The pass rush just disappeared late in the games he played in.

Last time I checked Rams were in the bottom 10 in sacks.

Only getting the Oline squared away is a higher priority than bolstering the pass rush.

Weren't many talking record sacks not to long ago?

Almost all of them other than a select few (Goff, Donald for example).... Most of these guys have that quit in their eyes. I saw it all throughout the military in guys as they washed out of selection. RIP, RASP, Ranger School, Sniper school, the list goes on. You could see it days, sometimes weeks before they'd take a stroll down washout lane. They had that look of quit, it was only a matter of time.

Some guys, guys like Goff you can see they don't have that look, others do. If you were to put this entire team through RASP, physically they'd all be fine, but mentally? I think you would have maybe 5-10 guys who make it to phase 2.

Unacceptable.

Ogletree, has shown signs he can be a dominant force on the inside. I thought he played well while at the same time tried to learn a new position. Wish the move to the middle was done sooner.

Britt, 1000 yards, what else do I need to say about that.

Lamarcus Joyner. I thought the guy complained too much and wanted to quit. But Lamarcus Joyner played with tenacity and he laid out the hits even when he's injured.

I've never been a Tavon Austin fan. Its not him. Its the idea of him, or that type of player, on my favorite team. He is not the prototypical WR and really needs the table set for him to break a big gainer.

Wasn't a fan of the Austin pick when they did it... the word "gadget" comes up a lot.

Getting the table set, as you say, in college is one thing. Getting the table set in the pros is another.

In the pros, you set your own table and he never really showed the capacity to do that. That Hill kid in KC seems to have the capacity.

If you are that small in the NFL and can't consistently make your own opportunities, you become a roster casualty.

It wouldn't concern me too much if they let him go.
