It’s been quite a long time since the two future Hall of Famers, quarterback Kurt Warner and wide receiver Isaac Bruce, have hooked up for six.

This Saturday afternoon, we got a blast from the past, as Warner connected on a deep touchdown pass to Bruce in the Legends of the Dome game. This game was being held in St. Louis, as a farewell and a thank you to the St. Louis fans.

Here’s the touchdown via Eric Edholm’s Twitter.

The crowd definitely was loving the old nostalgia that these players are giving them. Obviously seeing the Greatest Show on Turf back together again is special. What is even more special is the deja vu feeling Warner-to-Bruce just gave fans this afternoon.

Man, for such a small crowd they were damn loud in their cheering. That was really nice.
