I'm furious too, but I'm directing that anger at Seattle (and the refs). To hell with this shit, we've come too far to not make it to the post-season.

And flagging him for taunting after he successfully defended the 3rd and long was icing on the cake of their douchebaggery. Him and Jeffery were yapping. That crap happens all the time. You don't flag that stuff unless there has been fighting or somebody takes it past talking (like if Tru had shoved Jeffery). They let all that crap go all game and then chose to flag us in a pivotal moment. I know you're going to say, "Tru shouldn't have put himself in that situation." You're right, but he also should have crappy icehole refs calling a one-sided game. Enforce things fairly. Don't pull that bullcrap.

No excuses they were shit. Any ref worth a damn would have thrown the flag on both of them it's really simple. But these ref's weren't worth a damn as we saw in many examples.

I think if the Rams don't take down the Hags, they probably don't win the division, but beating the Titans and 9ers probably gets a wildcard...It's a real convoluted situation right now...I didn't look real closely, but it seems at a glance that the the Rams don't really seem to be sitting in a position of strength with regard to tiebreakers...

Now if where being conditioned to expect disappointment from the Rams come back into play. Win against the Eagles, we're pretty much sure of a play-off spot, and can play loosely against Seattle. Now losing in Seattle results in a scenario where missing out on the play-offs alltogether is a very really risk. That would be heartbreaking after being in prime position all season to FINALLY have some post-season action after so many years without.

also, the 3 man rush kills me. i hate nothing more than seeing the opposing qb just standing there for 5 seconds looking for a place to throw the ball. sure it works some times but when it doesn't it sure does suck. even a qb on one knee can complete a td pass against it.

I was talking about tru giving the refs an excuse to throw the flag. They were officiating tight on the rams and he knew it. Still he had to talk.

A win next week basically wraps up tbe division and all but eliminates Seattle from the playoffs.

A loss coupled with the Panthers and Falcons winning, and were out of the playoffs and need help.

If we can finish 11-5 though, were probably going to get in...not sure how a tiebreaker would play out between us and the Panthers...if we both finished 11-5 we would both have 5 conference losses. The worst scenario would be the Saints, Panthers and Falcons all finishing 11-5 and the Falcons winning the division. Then two WC spots for us, Saints and Panthers. Hopefully we would have the tiebreaker over the Panthers, but more preferable would be for the Falcons to just lose a game.

That confirms what I already thought. He finally makes one play and has to chirp about it. That was 4 free points and the PI on 3rd down for 50 yards was another 7. Just do your job.
