What is it with people in countries outside Australia actually rating Fosters as something that should be consumed? It's only good for cleaning driveways and pest control. Each to their own I suppose!! :)
Exactly, Rocket. That is why I used Fosters as an example. When I was in your fair country years ago, Fosters was known as "the Budweiser of Australia."

*Incidently, I'd hesitate to use it as a pest control method. It doesn't kill my termites, and they just end up challenging the Chinch bugs to a brawl in the back alley.

I despise contrarians.

[in conversation]There's fine line between occasionally playing devils advocate and someone who disagrees with everything just to form a debate. It's so transparent too.

I have one of them that seems to follow me around on another forum. He disagrees with everything. Sometimes he starts by disagreeing, then explains things in his own words and basically says just what I said. Then when I point that out, he disagrees. LOL

Now I just make absurd replies to him, to throw him off.

The power in the NFC has changed hands. The new power teams are the Eagles, Rams and Vikings. Vikings are working on a 3 year deal with Sheldon Richardson.

Meant to comment on this: So Cousins is elite, and Keenum is crap? Got it.... what bullcrap. Keenum took his team to the NFC Championship. He was very solid. Mid tier QB. Cousins is MAYBE an upper-mid-tier guy. What is up with all this Cousins over-hype.

All comes down to arm strength and mobility. I believe both are accurate....but the moon balls that Keenum throws don't work in all conditions (outside/foul weather).....and while he can cause havoc with mobility, we HAVE ALL READ how QB's should get it done in the pocket....I actually like a scrambler....

Cousins is more accurate as a passer...can fit the ball into tight windows due to superior arm talent....game, set, Match.

Fosters...meh....Budweiser....yuck....Heineken....WINNER!

I don't care if this is a pro-Rams article, this dude comes across as a loudmouth douche.
Adam Rank comes across the same way on TV as he does in this article. You may not agree with him half 0f the Time, but he's Entertaining. and once in a while he has some very valid point! I won't argue with his opinion of the Rams!(y):D:homercrawl:

Let me put it this way. When the defense holds the other to 23 points or less Cousins in 21-6. That's right up there with Brady and all the other top tier QB's. Just because he hasn't had good defense doesn't make him "not good". Now, I think the Vikings defense has been for the most part holding teams to an average of 17.9 points per game for the last 3 years. I don't see that changing a whole lot in the next 3.

Raptor. You posted my words. Words mean things. Never used the term "not good" relative to Cousins. I like Cousins. He's your guy now. I get it. But the difference between the two is some arm strength from Cousins. Both he and Case can scramble a bit. Have heart and desire. Good leadership. My point was true. The difference is real. Cousins is better. But not Beer/diet caffeine free Mountain Dew better. That is crap. That is the difference between Drew Brees and someone like Mike Glennon. Case doesn't deserve that kind of backhanded slap. Agree?

Would the Talib trade have happened if Denver was after Keenum all along? I assumed they were clearing space for Cousins. Happy it worked out for us (and Case Keenum).

I don't know is giving Case the short end, but I don't know of any Vikings fans that are. I hope he does well in all his games except those played against my team. Personally, I don't value Brady very high. He's a good QB, but he is not the elite QB that many believe him to be. Without the Pats defense, Brady would be another Flacco.

You forgot Snead working his draft magic and snagging Vita Vea and there will be no better Dline or secondary in the NFL.
That I have no doubt but to snag Vea? Think he he’s a little to Rich for our blood at this time.

this years first + next years first
Jaja don’t think they do that after we gave up next years 2nd to. Probably will wheel and deal but I don’t see them giving up anything to mortgage future top notch talent. He’s not a QB, plus I honestly think they like Settle. Plenty they can do to pick him up without mortgaging the future vía picks.
