Nothing against Peyton Manning and the Broncos but the Rams are going to win.

I don't expect the Rams to win but it would bring me much joy if they did. I'm not wishing injury on Peyton Manning but I do hope he spends a lot of the game on the ground.

I hope the Rams where the Blueberries so that Manning is confused and throws the ball to our defense.

We've actually done pretty well against the Broncos in recent memory... their defense may be a tad better than when we faced them last, & pretty sure we didn't face Manning, but I think we have a good chance of rattling his cage & eliminating their run game. Plus, we play at home...if the home crowd can get loud, I think we have a chance.
Gotta get off the schneid offensively, though, or else nothing the D does will matter. Can't have Austin D handing TD's off to the other team anymore.

If we can't beat them on the scoreboard we can beat them on the street, one on one, position against position. Definitely think Davis could beat up Peyton.

I think there will be more Rams fans at the Ed because Peyton Manning is playing. This could be their last shot at seeing him play. Win or lose a lot of folks will be happy to see #18 out there. I'm probably in the minority, people that don't like Peyton.

Davis is more athletic but Manning has a longer wingspan. If the Rams are in the business of street fighting, they should have never released Ray Ray McDonald.

It's his noodle arms that worry me, don't think they'll pack too much punch, he'll definitely have to rely on his feet to make things happen.

But we can definitely rely on McDonald and Barron, I hear they hit hard.

...A slow moving white one at that.

Great thread Lazy! Keep up the positive vibes in here. Peyton Manning can be made to look ordinary. Seachickens beat the Broncos and we beat the Seachickens...The math is in our favor!

Our D is playing well enough to slow them down.

Unfortunately our offense blows a lot of cold air on my optimism.

Regardless; I'm looking forward to the challenge! Let's shock the league and get this win.

Isn't Dunbar all about street fighting. He looks awfully similar to the Street Fighter Character, Balrog.

This is one game I hope GW goes crazy blitzing. You gotta make Peyton move off his spot. If he has to move at all he is usually pretty ineffective. A lot of pressure up the middle and maybe the Rams get some cheap turnovers/scores and make a game of it.

Is that the dude with the "rip your still beating heart out of your chest" finishing move? He was my favorite.
