Great Report. Would you say today's practice was the best so far? Would you Jim?

The first half the offense lit it up....the defense came back in the second half of the day. They already need to hit some other team instead of their own. Joyner got under the skin of all the receivers...even in shorts he was popping them hard at the line of scrimmage. Hard enough he made their shoulder pads pop. He missed one jam all day long and then scrambled back to break up a pass to Quick.

This right here...is what our WR corps has been lacking the entire time...a real vet leader who has produced and is a good player. I think Britt will be our best WR this yr, and the young guys finally have someone to learn from. Player coaches are almost as important as actual coaches, just as Holt about Bruce...

Some of the WXOS guys said the same thing in the run up to the draft.....paraphrasing..."you don't need another young receiver or another rookie you need a vet in that room they can learn how to go about being a pro."

All of our T's are playing T or G with the ones it seems.
Seems like Joyner is making a nice early impression
