Well Just because a few of you have it correct (@Dan Poplawski Gets an "Incomplete"!) The Correct answers are:

* Chuck Knox (1973) 12-2-0 Record.
* Ray Malavasi (1978) 12-4-0 Record.
And
* Mike Martz (2000) 10-6-0 Record.
