Doesn't that kind of make sense? If he's scouted what they do on D, and it's his responsibility to be able to read their D, wouldn't it fit? I wonder if McVey did this with his other QB's in the past?

Goff was telling one of the scout D guys he was supposed to follow the TE when be sent in motion. It was funny because Goff stopped and directed the guy instead of just running the play
