Hope all Papas enjoy their day.
We were supposed to be down in Ft Pierce for about 5 days of fishing,,, but the seas have been JACKED and we had to cancel. We went over to the beach yesterday and bought a giant grouper fillet ( 10 pounder ) ... I'll be grilling that up today and making some fresh pineapple salsa to go with it. We would have much preferred to catch some fish,,, but eating it is almost as enjoyable.
