I really think having our final two preseason games at home before our season opener against Seattle is going to be a huge plus for our guys. They will be more comfortable in their environment for the next three weeks, and don't have to worry about travel. Plus, it's always nice to sleep in your own bed versus a hotel room. Also, I think having three straight home games, albeit two being preseason, will get the local fans fired up for the season. I'm envious of those going to be there for the Seattle game, but I will be cheering hard in front of my TV. Can't wait to see how we play tonight. It's time we perform on the national stage and let the rest of the league know we are not the "Same Ol' Rams!"

This is the year it all turns around and we start to dominate with a nasty physical defence.

I hadn't really thought about that.

It would certainly seem a slight edge, particularly the no travel part.

A win week one would be a HUGE momentum builder to start the season.

Can't wait for the first game of the year. I just hope it goes better than last years opener. I was so depressed.

I think you're the most optimistic of all ROD members. Not a bad thing, just all of your posts are about the rams dominance this season. Keep up the good work.

Honestly I am not pushing the panic button at all.... preseason game 3 is where it is at and we'll be facing the Colts. If we look like do-do then I can see some arguments but people act like we are in the playoffs now and have to win now. I understand we have had a shit team for 10+ years now and this is our best chance in that time to make the playoffs and win this division but calm the hell down! I'll even take a beat up Giant team that makes a late run to the SB than a dominate fail team.

You have to believe, but I truly do think we have the talent to not only put a good team together this year but for a few years.Lets just hope that aside from Gaines we don't have anymore key injuries so we can start to dominate.
