We are talented enough to beat these guys. The Seahawks smoked them in the SB and then they beat them again this year to show it wasn't a fluke. These guys are beatable.

But let's be honest. It will take our best game. Offense, defense, and special teams all have to execute.

On offense we have to be able to move the chains. We have got to be able to keep our defense off of the field. Above all, don't turn it over - don't give up free points.

Defense - it's all about getting to Peyton and making him uncomfortable. They have weapons and Peyton will find them when he can. Hit him early and often. Get him on the ground every time he drops back and make it hurt. We

Special teams - field position matters and boy could we use a big play out of you guys. We need points every chance we have to get them - I'm looking at you GZ - and we could use some sizzle, TA.

We shouldn't be physically outmatched - we have the talent to play with anyone. But this is probably the toughest game on the schedule right here. Let's win it!!

I feel like Denver isn't even gonna try to run the ball in this one. I don't know why ... just a feeling.

The Rams can beat the Broncos if they don't beat themselves, and the Broncos do

Have to win the turn over battle , Time of possession, and field position

How many times do they need to sack Peyton before he pulls himself? The DL needs to force Peyton to make a business decision on every play. Then the O must move the ball and score, give the D a breather to keep them fresh.

Good defenses almost always beat good offenses.

Honestly, I think we can win.

The D needs to play as it has of late. If they do...

The O needs to score points. I'm thinking 24 could do it.

I always think they CAN win. There's a reason games are played on the field and not on paper.

There's also a reason the term "trap game" exists.

Just what I was thinking, but we don't need the perfect game, just play hard & smart....Look at this silly blocking scheme from who knows who at the start of the Cards game....

It's stuff like this which contributes to slow starts...And causes stress on a great defensive effort...I'd make Wells hit anybody CLOSE to him...then go to the second level...

I will be seriously looking to see the preparation level of the entire team...It's mid-season, many problems should be ironed out....Talent wise, except for QB, LB and WR, we are equal with the Broncos...

Yeah, I think so too.
I took the under in the sportsbook. It's set at 50.5 I think.

We're talented enough to beat any team. It's been a long time since we could say that! Our D will reign for years

Fix the OL + stabilize the QB position = playoffs (next year)

We can beat anyone in any game provided we play 60 min. the way were capable of playing. This team will be in the playoffs every year once we fix the Qb and OL problems.

Well Denver scoring almost 32 a game and STL managing a meager 18 per game

Any given Sunday. Hell if a Spags coach team can beat a 13-3 New Orleans Saints with A.J. Feeley at QB I don't see any reason anything isn't possible. I am confident in the $98m I put on Denver -9.5 though.

My 'Gut-Feeling' is that, that is what we need them to try. So our D can just pin their ear's back and get after Peyton relentlessly!! I think Manning doesn't play as well out side the pocket! JMO

The Rams can beat the Broncos if.....
  • The offense rushes for over 150 yards
  • If Shawn Hill has a passing efficiency greater than 65%
  • The Rams have 1 or fewer turnovers
  • The defense has recovers 3 or more turnovers
  • The defense has 5 or more QB hurries
  • Tavon can put the "special" in our special teams

I think you MAY be right, BUT I would love-it if you turn out wrong and drop that 98m! ( I wonder if that's the biggest single bet ever made at ROD!?)

I don't think 24 points is enough, sorry, it will take 30+. JMO
