Hit Geno as when he was running out of bounds (while he was out of bounds) to tack on 15 yards and put the Jets in FG position with a few seconds left. If he let him go out of bounds without touching him, it takes a hail mary to win.

Geno smith scrambled for a nice gain and was shoved by a Tampa DB out of bounds. Penalty put em into FG range.
