I was at that game too.... tailgated in the CNN parking lot. We took a beating though lol

I remember them playing that Ludacris song "Move Bitch, Get Out The Way" every time they ran for a 1st down. I was so pissed.

LOL

That game was close at halftime as I recall. Second half got ugly though. Let SJ retire as a Ram. I was never and probably never will be a huge SJ fan regardless.....

I'm in the same boat with you as far as my SJ fandom.

as much as i loved SJ, his best years are behind him. He can't break the long ones anymore - I'll take Tre Mason and Cunningham all day in the mean time.

That was never SJ's forte.
Ah, but is it Matt Forte's forte?

Stupidity aside, I disagree. He was a beast on the goal line. I 100% blame his shitty Oline for all the times he got stuffed for no gain. Maybe someone can do the research but I'm pretty sure like, 80% of his touchdowns came from inside the 5.

I'll give your second chance to retract that ridiculous statement. Come on man.
I stand by it. S JAX is not a upgrade to Pead. Maybe 5 years ago. Hell he would barely be a upgrade to Watts at this point. To be honest I think Pead gets some pT in beginning of season. That's if he's healty

Pead has not shown a single thing in his career so far. His resume is about as good as mine. Jackson at 40 years old is a better choice then Pead. I think SJ would suprise a lot of people if he came back to STL. The guy can still play.

I loved SJ's heart and for that respect the heck out of the man. The way he ran over Patrick Willis and fought for extra yards won't be forgotten.

But he is not a good short yardage back or goal line back. I would sign him for a day and retire him.

Eight consecutive seasons. The guy is my favorite Ram for a reason.

As for being better at this stage than our top three running backs, I don't think he is. Yes, even Cunningham. I like our current group. Three to share the load, one to play special teams. If we kept five running backs, it would probably be two for special teams.
Even better. :p

What teams could he go to to get legitimate playing time? Jaguars, Cowboys, Cardinals...

I want him to retire a Ram and become our RB coach. Shouldn't be many out there with his knowledge of the game and position.

I honestly think that Sirmans has done an amazing job with our running backs. If he leaves for a better job, then I'd definitely agree...that is, if S-Jax39 wants to coach.

You couldn't be more right about SJ or that waste of a pick and talent Pead. Only reason Pead hasn't been cut a long time ago is he was a foolish 2nd round mistake.

Yea your right about resume. But still I think Pead h as a chance to contribute. Why else hasn't he been cut? Jackson's done put a fork in him

I'm not sure why he hasn't been cut honestly. But don't forget Jackson still had 700 yards and 6 touchdowns last year. Which was better then Mason.
